Cancellation Policy

Our Policy

In the event of any trip or charter cancellation by Nakiros Charter, the full deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation by the Client

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before a charter booking
• Free cancellation up to 5 days before a day trip

Cancellations after these deadlines may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits & Reservations

A deposit of 20% of the total price is required to secure your reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until this advance payment has been received.

Weather Cancellations

If a trip is cancelled by us due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, a full refund will be issued. We monitor forecasts carefully and will notify you as early as possible — typically at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure.
